Age Regression is included as a part of the Hypnotherapy Package, offering you the chance to go back to explore a childhood event that is the cause of your issue, in this lifetime. The session will take around 2 hours and is both relaxing and revealing, giving you a Birds' Eye view of how and why you gained a fear of, or started a pattern of behaviour, that is presenting as your particular issue.

I use Age Regression in all Hypnotherapy sessions, apart from Stop Smoking as this rarely stems from a childhood event.

Past Life Regression requires you to have an open mind and to have the ability to believe in the power and depth of your subconscious mind. It is a form of Hypnotherapy but takes that therapy a further step back in time...to find what issues or events in the Past are still affecting you today.

You will find the session relaxing, revealing and very therapeutic....I will help you to heal by giving you an understanding of why you have a fear of water...or why you run away from long term commitment...or why you are in physical or emotional pain...or why you have repeating patterns of behaviour that just don't serve you well or make you happy.....the list goes on and on...and it really works...I will facilitate these sessions but really they are client led...YOU are the key to healing yourself.

Having said that, the words and techniques that I use help to give you that energy and drive to know that the problem is solved for good...you come away feeling relaxed, renewed and re-energised...and that is because the Healing that I use is there to make you feel better about yourself...to release forever the ties that have held you back in life...by giving you the chance to forgive yourself or others...so that you can move on in this life today.

A session lasts around 2 hours, with a consultation before we go into the session. You will have a chance to discuss your issue with me and we will decide together what wording to use for the Regression session.
