The KG Hypnobirthing method is the most complete antenatal and HypnoBirthing course available, it will undoubtedly make a profound and positive impact to your birth experience.

The course is run either in four 2.5 hour evening sessions or two 5 hour session on weekends (not necessarily consecutive days)

You can also opt for the most personal service where the course is provided in the comfort of your own home.

The KG Hypnobirthing book and Colour and Calmness CD are included in the course fee as well as ongoing support.

The ideal time to begin the course is in the second trimester of pregnancy - so between weeks 13-28, starting a course later than this is fine too - even up to week 39 we can provide an intensive course.
