Your package can be tailored to your exact needs to include stuffing, freshly baked bread rolls (baps/batches/cobs/brioche), apple sauce, napkins, plates, sides and salads. We can also roast lamb, goat, beef, chicken etc or supply pulled pork both plain and in various sauces (bbq, cajun spiced, pineapple and so on) ready to serve.

We can also supply you with hogs to cook yourself, whole, butterflied, split, boned and also offer full DIY hire of stainless steel spit roasting machines with electric spit roasting over charcoal (we can supply that too!) for the very best authentic experience and a true showpiece for your event.
