We run a wide variety of classes from our larger studio in Birkenhead. Our hot studio uses state of the art heating panels to heat the room to 41 degrees, allowing you to enjoy the soothing, therapeutic benefits of infrared heat. We have over 35 classes per week! More classes than any other Yoga studio in Merseyside or Cheshire. We also hold over 40 mats making it one of the biggest & best too. Don’t worry if yoga’s not your bag we also run Insanity fitness classes and early morning bootcamps. We stock a range of freshly made juices and healthy snacks in our juice bar and you can relax in our chill area any time of day.
Our Bromborough based studio accommodates 15 mats in the hot room and has a large gym area for our Ko8 and fitness classes! Both studio’s run a number of classes suitable for all levels of ability from our dedicated beginners classes to the more challenging Pilates Barre and Spin classes. At RENU we do things differently. We can give you a class filled with heat, intensity and sweat, or we can soothe the soul with deep breathing and calming of the mind. Come sweat with us and join us for the best hour of the day!

Why choose hot yoga:

Makes it easier, not harder - while heated classes can strike fear into many, it really shouldn’t. In fact, the heat makes it all the less scary! For the less bendy among us, the heat warms the muscles quickly, increasing suppleness and flexibility. So (while it’s important not to over do it) you may find postures far less of a problem in the heat that you would in your bedroom.

Broadens the impact – one of the key factors of the heat is that it enhances the range of physical benefits. It makes the heart and lungs work harder – increasing the cardio and aerobic workout.

Zones you in - while some may feel the heat’s benefits are purely physical, I think there’s certainly a mental element as well. For me, the heat creates a hug, taking you away from the outside world and zoning you right into the flow of the class.
