Our #hotyoga studio is the first dedicated yoga studio in #NewportWales - opening early September 2017, our purpose built hot yoga studio offers the best hot yoga environment; a constant supply of fresh filtered warm air introduced into a large light studio.

We will offer a timetable of our signature hot yoga classes as well as a range of different yoga disciplines & pilate sessions in a non hot environment.

Situated in the heart of #Newportcity centre, only minutes away from Newport Railway & Bus Station, our brand new facilities include ladies & gents changing rooms complete with showers and secured lockers, on site car parking & bike racks.
