We make available therapies for patients that are experiencing Mental Health problems such as Depression, Anxiety and Complex Trauma. We hold 18 years of experience in providing quality Psychological Therapies, Clinical and Academic Supervision through our provision of accredited Psychotherapist.

Our goal is to provide effective treatment for patients through offering no therapy waiting times.

We would like to assist patients in learning techniques and tools to self manage their emotional health and well-being.
We provide International Skype based therapy and Clinic/Academic Supervision.
We provide training for health professionals on understanding Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques and interventions.
We also offer Group Therapy and Short Courses.

Patients are able to access individual face to face therapy, individual Skype therapy, telephone therapy or group therapy.
