Hello & welcome! I’m Hayley, Managing Director of H.O.P.E Healing Options with Positive Energy Ltd. I am a professional Parent & Child Life Coach. I have a wealth of knowledge about trauma and holistic tools to empower you & your family in standing in your power and living a fulfilling life.

I am based in Cardiff, but can travel / can arrange for Skype therapy sessions, so that distance is no object. I will work with you in a holistic manner in order to assist you to overcome any emotional difficulty which is preventing you from achieving your goals.

H.O.P.E Healing Options with Positive Energy is a holistic service for children and families using positive energy tools to assist in working with emotions and empowering you to free yourself of existing negative feelings that may be holding you back.

By combining the skills and qualifications that I have gained over my years working as a social worker and due to my own personal experiences and development, I am able to offer guidance and support to adults, parents and carers as well as children.

H.O.P.E empowers their clients to change their mindset, by supporting clients to shift any unwanted emotions which are held physically and mentally, including limiting beliefs.

I offer educational training as part of my role as a CHAT Education Trainer in Anxiety & Depression, Bipolar & the Mood Scale, Confidence Building and Anger Management. These courses are aimed at professionals as well as those experiencing these difficulties and I offer these as full (6-9 hour) courses or as 1 hour condensed workshops. Full courses can be CPD accredited.

Furthermore, I am a GOE Master Practitioner / Energist Trainer and offer courses in Foundation Emotional Freedom Technique, Master Practitioner EFT course and Positive EFT course/ workshops.
