After overcoming a battle with cancer, I decided to make a passion into a career and help others improve their health and fitness. If I could do it, anyone can.

By operating as a freelance trainer I'm able to offer training at a much lower cost than gym based PTs, and can train clients in a greater range of locations, from the privacy of their home or my home gym, to the local park.
