This newly restored barn, at Home Farm, provides privacy and tranquillity in the heart of the picturesque village of Sudborough. A real home from home, the whole building to yourself. Completely restored and redecorated to a very high standard, the accommodation includes an entrance hall leading to a double bedroom, shower room with wood panelling, breakfast room with vaulted ceiling and stable door, with facilities for making tea, and coffee, a toaster and microwave, leading up to a spacious lounge with sofabed, single bed, television and DVD player. Adjoining the barn is a lockable storage room, ideal for housing bikes, motorbikes and fishing equipment. There is a private parking area behind gates. The barn overlooks a large landscaped garden with an ornamental fish pond and natural well, backing onto a field, and guests can enjoy full use of the seating areas in the garden, although young children would need to be strictly supervised, because of the pond and well. The accommodation includes a self-service continental breakfast to be taken at your leisure, and complementary tea, coffee and biscuits for the duration of your stay.

Please note that since the barn is split level, there is no wheelchair access, and toddlers would need to be strictly supervised.
