Hello, My name is Kulvir and I am incredibly passionate about health & wellbeing....Ever since I can remember, I have searched for natural alternative ways to keep myself and my family fit and healthy. After working in the public sector for many years within diversity, HR and project management, I decided to turn my passion towards holsitic therapies and Yoga in order to help other people become happy and healthier.

I am trained and qualified in Acupuncture (for health & well-being and facial rejuvenation), Yoga, Life /Health Coaching, Reiki and Indian head massage. I am educated to degree level. I can offer treatments which combine a number of different healing practices to offer maximum benefits and a powerful feeling of wellbeing and peace. I feel a great sense of satisfaction helping others improve their health, and offer a bespoke service catering to my clients individual needs and concerns.

Recently, I have been doing a number of Anti-ageing facial treatments for skin rejuvenation using Derma Pen/ roller and Cosmetic Acupuncture. I have achieved some fantastic results .
