Hobart House is a unique three storey Edwardian town house, rumoured to have once been a Sea Captains' house. It has high ceilings, stripped floorboards, period features and crisp white bed linen.

It has been restored to provide stylish self-catering accommodation in the heart of Newquay. Sleeping up to 10 in five separate bedrooms, with a large comfortable living room enjoying sea views and a spacious and light eat-in kitchen.

It is ideal for one large family, two or three families sharing, couples sharing, mature groups of friends and surfing or golfing breaks.

Located just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and three surfing beaches (Towan, Great Western and Tolcarne) and with parking for two cars in the garage (and a further car across the entrance of the garage if need be). Fistral Beach is 5 minutes drive in one direction and Watergate Bay is 10 minutes in the other direction. Watergate Bay is home to the wonderfully family friendly Watergate Hotel, Extreme Academy and Jamies Fifteen.

Explore along the beautiful North Cornwall coast via road or on foot along the South West Coastal path.

Newquay is also at one of the narrowest points of Cornwall, meaning that the more tranquil, sailing towns and villages of the south coast such as Fowey are within a 45 minute drive away. The Eden Project is also within a 35 minute drive.
