Perspective Tenant books a viewing using our platform, when they book they have to compete several ‘pre qualifier’ questions, they then get sent an automatic text message with the full address of the property as do you. The information and the booking goes directly into your diary automatically.

The Tenant will receive an automated Text 2 hours before the booking asking them to reply with a confirmation, if they don’t reply then the booking is cancelled.

You or your rep meet the Tenant prospect at the property and show them the room, if they like the room you send them a link via a text message which enables them to input their details and pay the deposit or admin fee, they sign to agree the terms with their finger and the money goes directly into your account within minutes whilst they are still with you.

Tennant then gets an automatic email with a link to the full online application.

The application can be completed on their phone or any device with an internet connection, the application allows the Tenant to upload photo ID and Visas, also recent pay slips and Bank statements.

When its completed the application form goes into your inbox on the system.

References are applied for automatically
Contracts, EPC, Gas Safe, ‘how to rent’ booklet and any associated paperwork is then uploaded to the system and sent to the Tenant for an electronic signature, the Signature will produce a unique reference number, it will show the date and time the document was opened and signed and will provide you with the users IP address, this has been tested and has been accepted by the courts as a bona fide Signature.

As soon as the tenant and Guarantor signs the document it is sent back to you and can be stored on the platform.
DD is set up.

The Tenant is then sent a final link which is the check in and the inventory form, this allows them access to the property and the ability for the Tenant to walk around the house and check the inventory with a ‘check the box’ form which allows the Tenant to take photos on their phone of any damaged items this is automatically uploaded and embed within the form.
