HIIT is an enhanced form of interval training with a strategy of alternating periods of short intense workouts of high and medium intensity exercises. This workout makes your muscles demand more oxygen which maximises calorie burn. By optimising your oxygen intake you preserve muscle, build a lean muscle mass and burn more calories during and after your workout.
At HIIT & RUN we provide a personal training regime using bags, pads and circuits which will promote fitness, weight loss and muscle gain
If you would like to train with a friend or two I will take a group of three so you can do the session together.
Training will takes place at either The Louisa centre, Stanley or Belle Vue leisure centre, Consett. I am also a mobile PT so can travel to you if you have somewhere suitable to train within your home etc.
