Our weight loss & fitness retreat programmes are designed to offer the perfect kick start without the extreme element of a boot camp regime, unless this is what you would like in which case this is something we also cater for and can also offer on a 1-2-1 or small group private tailor made basis.


At each fitness retreat our highly skilled personal trainers will assess individuals abilities and desires and then you have a variety of options for each session depending on your level of fitness and what it is you want to achieve. So if you want a gentle introduction more based around education and starting something you can continue long term then this is what we provide. Or if you want a more intense weekend/week then this is what you'll get! We recognise that everyone is an individual and not everyone wants the same thing, so we do our best to cater for this.


Our main aim is to get you out into the wonderful countryside that England has to offer, you will experience a mixture of outdoor and indoor training which may include Long Hikes, Jogging or Running depending on your ability. You will also experience a mixture of classes, with personal training, including, Interval Training, Kettlebells, TRX, Group Games, Zumba, Kick Boxing/Boxing, Body Attack (Aerobics), Body Conditioning, Circuit Training then also some more relaxing sessions such as Qigong, Tai Chi, Meditation, Pilates and Yoga to name just a few.


Whether your goal is weight loss, fitness or just the need to get away from the hectic pace of everyday life; our courses have something to offer everyone. They have been designed to suit all levels of fitness and abilities so everyone can work hard but at their own pace to achieve fantastic results! Irrespective of whether you go to the gym 5 times a week or are a novice, we provide the means and motivation to help you lose weight during the week. For those who particularly want to improve fitness - our personal trainers will ensure that you are challenged to push your physical boundaries and move up to the next level.
