Situated in the quaint fishing village of Robin Hood's Bay. This spacious 3 story semi-detached cottage is ideal for large families or groups wishing to holiday together (sleeps 8 plus cot).

Originally built prior to 1600 this cottage boasts wonderful open sea views with a door opening directly onto the cliff top (the distance from the road makes it unsuitable for people with walking difficulties). Situated in the heart of Robin Hoods Bay this quaint cottage is ideal for those wishing to wonder down to the beach, catch a drink in one of the (many) local pubs or for those wanting a more energetic holiday you can walk the Cleveland way and cycle on the 'Cindertrack'.

Explore the North Yorkshire moors and National Park and the East Coast Seaside Resorts. Shop and pub 300 yards.

Ground Floor: Dinning Room, Kitchen, One Double Bedroom. Shower Room with Toilet.

First Floor: Living room, second living room, one double bedroom, bathroom and utility room.

Second Floor: 2 Twin bedrooms.

All rooms are furnished with antique furniture and antique paintings.

The large decked balcony has spectacular views of the sea, Ness Point and Ravenscar and catching the morning sun (please note, this garden area is open to the cliff).

There is a small garden to the front of the cottage, with cobbled walkway, small area of grass and some pretty plants - in particular a flowering cherry, which flowers in April and May and two camellias which flowers around the same time. There is also a medium sized flower bed containing superb New Zealand Flax, which flower each year and a number of roses which flower from June to September. The Geraniums in the centre of the bed are of particular interest as they have survived over 10 winters due to the costal climate.

When the sun is shining, it is recommended you spend the morning on the balcony and the afternoon in the square which is extremely sheltered and very hot during the summer months.

Good quality deckchairs are provided to enable you to enjoy both areas.

There are two additional televisions in the second living room and master bedroom downstairs.

Parking in the village from March through October is operated by Pay & Display. There is free parking on some streets but this could be quite a walk.
