Come Nordic Walking in Staffordshire and Cheshire!

I live on the Staffordshire/Cheshire border in stunning countryside, and love being outdoors. I started Nordic Walking to keep fit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings I live in. My love for Nordic Walking has now developed into a qualified skill, and I want to spread the word about the health and fitness benefits of Nordic Walking as well as the enjoyment of being outdoors.

I am a fully qualified Nordic Walking instructor and completed my training with Nordic Walking UK.

I train Nordic Walkers near Mow Cop, Congleton, Kidsgrove, Alsager, Biddulph, Brereton, Astbury and other towns and villages!
