Highfield Escape

Highfield Escape is a spacious family site with views out over the Clee, Brown Clee and Wrekin hills, 10 miles from the birthplace of the industrial revolution, Ironbridge, where there's the spectacular UNESCO-listed Iron Bridge – the world's first cast iron construction of its kind.

Among the amenities are a sanitary block with toilets and showers and a communal building with a kettle, two hobs, a washing-up area and a dining table and chairs.

Canoeing/kayaking, climbing, fishing, golf and tennis are all available in the immediate area, and there are plenty of visitor attractions a short drive away such as West Midland Safari Park, several popular theme parks and a huge water park, as well as lots of historical cities, towns and villages including Bridgnorth – home of the Seven Valley Railway steam locomotive – around five miles away.
