Hexagon Tower

Incentive Catering are really looking forward to getting stuck in to your Canteen at Hexagon Tower, when we take over on March 1st 2011.

Over the past week we have been on site looking at how the service can be improved and we look forward to getting your feedback about that.

The Catering Team on site will be staying with us and helping us to address these main points to begin with:-

The service layout, signage and equipment needs rethinking from a customer's perspective.

The prices are too high. In the first instance we plan on introducing a salad / deli bar, because any food made fresh on site from raw ingredients, served cold and taken out, can be exempt from VAT, so you save 20% on takeaway sandwiches and salads.

Breakfast is far too expensive and the quality needs improving.

The coffee could be made better simply by introducing Lavazza.

It would help us to know whether you would prefer a card payment facility if it could be made available?
