Hertford Combat Academy

Hertford Combat Academy opens its door to the public for attendance to a variety of martial arts classes.

Located on the outskirts of central Hertford we have a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and our gym has been designed to train all ages and skill levels alongside one other.

Whether it’s to come and improve fitness, learna new skill or even to have aspirations to become a fighter, Hertford Combat Academy is for everyone.

Essentially a member’s based training facility, with also the option to attend one-off sessions, Hertford Combat Academy will have the feel of a gym and dojo combined.

HCA focuses on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and MMA. HCA acts as an umbrella for Jai Dee Muay Thai and an affiliate of Michael Russell BJJ. Jai dee means 'good heart' which matches the ethos of hard work and humility that will be cultivated at the academy. Michael Russell BJJ is a well established UK Brazilian Jiu Jitsu affiliate which has produced black belts, competitors and professional fighters alike.
