Counselling in Clacton "here for you"

Sometimes it maybe difficult to reach out for help or someone to talk to or even to find someone who will listen to you about any problems, issues or struggles that you may have.
Why try to cope with these alone? The first and maybe difficult step is for you to reach out.
Being a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist I am 'here for you' to listen to you, to be their for you to work with you through your struggles and to remain by your side. I am not here to judge you or to tell you what to do. Through our work together you shall remain the expert in our therapeutic relationship therefore you lead the sessions with bringing what you wish to discuss.
I can offer short-term counselling which is six sessions or long-term counselling if need be which ever suits you best. Sessions are for 50 minutes and I charge £30 a session, concessions are available for those who are unemployed.
