Cancellation / No Shows / Lateness

Spa Therapists & Stylists at Heavenly Hair & Day Spa have a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you may will be charged a fee determined by treatment timings.
This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists, spa therapists and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

Non-cancellations or “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the original service booked to be paid at your next scheduled visit. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the Spa, you will be unable to schedule future appointments without a deposit or payment in full. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

We understand "life happens". If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us!

We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late Clients is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.

Confirmation Calls, Texts & Emails

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time. We will call / text or email to confirm your service one to two days prior to your appointment and you will receive an email confirmation if we have your email on file. We confirm 24 to 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.

Gift Cards/Certificates

NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for Cash
