This group is a lifestyle and fitness group aimed for people that want to get fitter and improve their lifestyle.
We run on Thurs nights at 7.30pm and sessions are held at Beaconside Sports Centre.
Fri nights are now HTS HIIT nights... High Intensity Interval Training for those who want a full on session, be prepared to work hard :)
The cost is just £4.40 per session and £3.40 for the Fri sessions at Beaconside, consessions available. (Even free membership for some people, ask for more info)
No need to worry if you are not used to exercise, there will be different levels and you do what you can.
There are qualified staff on hand to answer any questions and make you feel welcome.
