As a professional dancer I have used Yoga for over 12 years to improve flexibility and prevent injury. After completing my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training course in India I want to share what I have learnt and practised over the years to help others get the most out of their bodies and maintain a healthy body and mind.
I will tailor the style of the yoga class to your individual needs so you will feel the benefits straight away, helping create longer leaner muscles.
