HD Spin have moved to the Torquay Squash & Racketball Centre.

Our new spacious studio is the now well on the way to completion and the perfect venue to offer our motivating Spinning Classes. With parking, shower facilities and cafe...you can even get a post workout coffee or snack on the way out.

Helen and i work hard to provide effective and challenging classes for all levels of ability, training to some great music in our 45 minute sessions. New riders are encouraged to either take one of our beginner classes or arrive early to run through bike set up, positions, technique and the Spinning terms so you can get the most out of your workout.

We can offer private beginner classes to groups or individuals just to give you a few classes under your belt before you gain the confidence to join our friendly fun multi level classes.
