As you may be aware Colchester Borough Council have changed their processes and procedures. They will no longer send out reminders for MOT and Insurance Certificates, they are also planning in the near future to stop reminders for Renewals of your Plate and Drivers Licenses too.

They have already stopped a drop off service for copies of evidence required. This now has to be scanned and up loaded via Colchester Borough Council website. They are also looking at changing the way that you book and renew your licenses, these will be only able to be booked and renewed via their website.

These changes are to put the onus on yourselves, to provide the up to date evidence required and to renew your licenses on time.

This however could lead to you incurring Penalty Points, a suspension or to lose your licence all together. These also could lead to loss of earnings and cost of a new vehicle.

Therefore I have set up my HC and PH Consultants based on these changes. I offer my 11 years Knowledge, Experience and Services.

I have a 12 month package for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licence Holders, Within this package, I would inform you when your MOT/Insurance or plate is due to be renewed. I would up load your evidence for you and book all appointments for you etc. I would also attend your Plate Renewal appointments at Rowan House.
