We offer a choice of light and fluffy King Edwards or earthy Purple Heritage potatoes, sauteed with pink shallots, garlic and thyme.
Our best selling topping is the 'Truffle Shuffle' - sauteed chestnut and porcini mushrooms, nacho cheese sauce, 'parmesan' croutons, veganaise, fresh basil and truffle oil.
We bake brownies and desserts every morning and offer a selection of herbal teas, such as 'shaman spirit' and hemp leaf with peppermint, plus a range of Cawston Press sparkling fruit drinks.
