Grooming

With a City & Guilds full time professional groomer on-staff, Harrington Hounds offers a luxury grooming service to suit your dog's needs. Whether you need a much needed full groom (including general health check, bath, dry, brush, ear pluck and clean, claw clip, and styling to suit your dog'd lifestyle requriements) a quick bath and a brush, or just a claw clip, we will provide your dog with a professional, calm and stress-free experience.

Walkies?

We offer a flexible, reliable, caring and disciplined dogwalking service with over 15 years of owning and walking experience. We will meet up with you for an initial meet and greet and dogwalk (FREE OF CHARGE, of course, no obligation) to discuss your dog/s' needs such as length of walk, behavioural specifics, on or off lead walking, toileting habits. Office-based? Energetic pups that need walkies twice a day? Once a day? Three times a week? Whether you're called into the office at the last minute, or have to go away on conference for three days, we can help. Invigorating walks in the fresh air and green surroundings will be given. We love sticks, balls, swimming, running, treats and cuddles. WE ALWAYS PICK UP POOS! And if your pup gets a bit mucky on our walk or goes for a dip? No worries, we'll have a rinse off and a dry down before we come home.

Home Visits

Some dogs love to go on walks, some are just a little bit too old, frail, or just don't fancy it. We've all been there, right? Either way, when we visit your home, I will freshen water and feed if necessary, and always give plenty of cuddles and fuss. And if you have kitties, birds, hamsters or bunnies, we'll freshen their trays, water and food also.

Dog Hotel

At Harrington Hounds, your pooches will be treated like part of our family. Poppy (8 month old Hungarian Vizsla) is our Head Concierge and will look after you like one of her own pack.

We will play together, walk together at least twice a day if not more, cuddle together, watch TV together.... Unless advised by you, all dogs are allowed to play, eat and rest together. We have bespoke, warm (in winter), cool (in summer), dry and secure living/sleeping quarters.

We do NOT have cages or kennels, and dogs are NEVER tied up or chained. If your pooch is happiest sleeping in his or her crate, though, that's fine.

We have a large, secure outdoor play area with shade - courtyard and grass : NO chance of escapees.

We consider and take all sizes, ages, breeds and temperaments of dogs. And owners.
