Friendly Yoga class with flowing postures, relaxation and breathing exercises. Improving strength, muscle tone and increasing flexibility. Helps to reduce stress, combat injury and generate better wellbeing. I cater for beginners on a Monday, Tuesday is a more fast paced flow and Wednesday morning is open to all I have a relaxing class on a Thursday so bring a bolster/pillow/blanket suitable for beginners too.
