DO YOU WANT TO IMPORVE YOUR RUNNING, MEET NEW RUNNING BUDDIES AND HAVE FUN WHILE EXERCISING

We are a trio of friendly LIRF (leaders in running group fitness) leaders, we are setting up a number of running groups throughout Worcester, they will be a perfect follow on from the C25K courses that are running.
Our sessions will be a follow on from week 9 of the C25K programme/App (jogging around 30 minutes)
STARTING 23rd NOVEMBER
Monday 9.30-10.30am The Pump House Café
Thursday 7-8pm Homebase Car Park St Johns
Sunday 9.30-10.30am The Grange Fernhill Heath Worcester
Cost: £2 per session payable on your first session per half term or remainder.
