Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be cancelled at any time however as a matter of courtesy we ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. If appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice we will request a 50% non-refundable deposit by bank transfer, before taking your next booking. Customers who do not turn up to their appointment will be requested to pay 100%, non-refundable, of the price of their treatment by bank transfer or paym and the travel charge if applicable.
