Handle With Care - Mental Health Products & Therapies

I am a mental health nurse who has trained in Holistic Massage Therapy so I can provide this complimentary therapy to anyone struggling with their mental health (regardless of having a diagnosis or not/length of time you've been struggling).

You can self-refer to Handle With Care by phoning/texting/emailing (07538836744, lisaparrtherapy@gmail.com) or via a mental health professional/GP/friend or family member.

Once you have been referred, we will have an initial consultation. Holistic massage therapy looks at you as a whole rather than separating physical from mental or personal life from work life, therefore I can get a better understanding of the reasons you feel massage will help you. This consultation is free of charge.

The length of massage can be 30mins, 60mins or 90mins; I will come to your house for this massage so will be with you for about 20mins longer than these times.

I work different days each week so over the course of the month I will be able to work a Monday-Sunday. Morning, afternoon and evening appointments will be available.

Sometimes circumstances will change and sometimes you simply might not feel up to having a massage on the day and time you have chosen; I completely understand this and accept cancellations right up until the time of the appointment with no fee to pay. Please ring/text me if you need to cancel.

Massages:
Back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, hands.

Offers:
*Hand massage for anyone with dementia - £10 for 20mins
*New mum massage - back, neck & shoulder massage £15 for 30mins (can be given anytime until your baby is 6months old)
*Every 10th massage free
*Free 30min massage for your carer(s) (up to 2 people) once every 6months
