Hamilton Pilates Studio is run by Debbie Johnson, who qualified as an osteopath (now non-practising) in 2002 and owned Hamilton Osteopathy Clinic until 2015.
Pilates helps to rebalance the body, strengthening core muscles to improve back strength and improves alignment and posture. We provide classes, small groups upon request, and 1-to-1 sessions.
Currently at the studio we have Mat & Equipment Pilates with Debbie Johnson, Yoga with Lauren Logan Yoga and Pamela Smith, Dance Classes with Elaine Healy and Powerhooping an Piloxing with Gillian Sloan.
