Halton Permanent Orienteering Course

Orienteering is an adventure sport more often associated with forests and fells, but more and more taking place in urban settings as well. Halton Permanent Orienteering Course allows you to taste the thrill of navigating your own way, using only the details on thespecial detailed map, around a charming Lune Valley village. Map packs are available from The Centre coffee shop (after the launch event on 17th October 2015) so that you can choose when to try out orienteering. Known as "cunning running" orienteering can be a tough physical challenge or a short afternoon stroll - it's up to you.
