HALE TRAINING CLUB is Kettering’s newest functional training facility.
The club is a unique and well-equipped fitness facility with a focus on fun and functional training to get the very best results. We specialise in improving general fitness, weight loss, muscle gain, strength & conditioning, boxing, sport specific & event specific performance training.
We offer 1-2-1 PT sessions, small group sessions and group exercise classes, as well as the opportunity to use the club facilities at your own leisure during our Open Workout sessions.
