The Rural Tea Room is a log cabin set in the tranquil setting of an ornamental garden within the prestigious Rural Activity Garden Centre which has recently received a Green Flag Award.
The Rural Tea Rooms is managed by HACS who deliver a ‘Stepping Stones to Life skills and Employment’ project for young people affected by autism spectrum and learning disabilities. The aim of the project is to provide training and experience in a variety of areas which include Hospitality, Catering, Social Skills and Money Management Skills. All proceeds from the Rural Tea Rooms will be re-invested to support our learners.
