H2SNOW was started by Helen Gavine in 2000. Helen loves sailing and skiing and in her corporate life she found that she built the best business relationships by taking people out on a boat or up a mountain. She found that a bit of fresh air, being away from the office and doing activities that rely on team work, developed deeper and stronger relationships with the people she was with.

So Helen decided to stop playing part-time organiser and go full time. She took the plunge, gave up her job and got out on the water, took people up the hill and set up the office!

Now she and the team spend all their time finding and organising events on great boats, fabulous chalets and amazing new places for you to use to develop great relationships with your team and your clients.
