As a 3rd generation at Grange Farm, Ernie Durose’s family have farmed Guernsey cattle since 1955, with cheese production starting in 2008 in a local facility, before a purpose built, onsite dairy was constructed in 2012.

Currently made in four varieties, there are Original, Garlic, Pepper & Brie.

Grange Farm Milk, the key ingredient in Guernsleigh Cheese is certified as A2. This means it is rich in A2 beta-caseins, while containing no A1 proteins. Guernsleigh Cheese is currently believed to be the only UK cheese production using A2 milk.
