Opened in 2007, Green Chilli Deli is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Stuart and Melanie Blackledge, each with over 20 years experience in the food industry. At Green Chilli Deli we aim to deliver great quality and service at an affordable price to the businesses and residents of Blackburn.
