From a combination of a wine growing background, many years in the hospitality industry and over 20 years of working with hotels, restaurants and pubs Pascal Delorme, managing director and his team have developed an intuitive relationship with their customers, a genuine passion for food and wine and more recently a new passion for real ale.
As the taste for good food has evolved so much over the last few years, so has the taste for good wine. Since our beginnings, we have encouraged our clients to step up the quality of their wines on offer and it has paid dividend.
