We do have longterm guests who come to stay on a weekly basis at £80 (subject to availablity). We have various nights of quiz's, film nights and many more to come.

Prices start as little as £9pppn during mid week and £30pppn on a weekend.

The Grapevine Seafront is overlooks Brighton's famous Beach. Is perfect for Nightlife as bars and resturants are close by. We offer shared rooms and ensuits seaview rooms. This location is perfect for stag and hen parties. Prices start from as little as £10 per night midweek to £35 ensuit rooms on a weekend.
