Granite Strength and Fitness is a local facility which focuses on all forms of Strength & Conditioning including StrongMan, StrongWoman, Olympic Lifting, Weightlifting, Strength Training, JuJitsu, MMA and K1 training. We are an official Scottish Weightlifting Club and have regular classes and training days with experienced coaches which cater for all levels of experience training ability and nutrition. Personal Training is available on request.
