Govan Shed

The Shed is a large industrial factory warehouse, formerly used as an engine shed by Harland & Wolff ship builders, and now offering a unique industrial space for arts and media organisations. The Shed is ideally suited as a build space for filming, but has also hosted theatrical productions and striking events. It has been described by many as an industrial cathedral. Positioned near the city centre a few hundred yards from BBC/STV/Film City and many other media organisations, it provides a truly unique and flexible space that couldn't be easier to reach.
