Gorton Kids Karate Club

Gorton Kids Karate Club was developed in 2005 in partnership between Manchester City Council and Sensei Deborah Jones, a member of the Ken Yu Kai Karate Association. It was designed to provide children aged 5 - 16 with the opportunity to engage in a fun karate / self defence class and aimed particularly at local children. The club has always had a strong & positive community ethos promoting self discipline, motivation and respect for self and others. All lessons are taught by experienced, CRB checked Martial Arts Instructors in accordance with Health & Safety standards. By attending regularly your child will learn self defence, self discipline, increase their social skills, make new friends and take part in lots of exercise! Many of our students get the opportunity to compete nationally and internationally and as a club we have won many trophies and medals! New students can wear track suit bottoms & T-shirt to try out. We have sibling discounts and multiple training discounts available. NB: Gorton Kid's Karate Club is a non-profit making organisation and costs are kept to a minimum.
