Who Am I
My Name is Sam Hall and i am a GB judo athlete training full time. Since i was very young i was involved in sports and exercise and over the years have experienced the importance of leading a healthy and active lifestyle and the opportunities it offers. I want to be able to support people access the same opportunities and achieve there goals which is the main reason i started personal training.

Why I Started Good Look
As a full time athlete i know how important support can be when trying to reach our goals wether it be losing a few pounds or becoming olympic champion. I started Good Look to offer that support without the usual barriers of a 1 hour time slot or expensive 1to1s. The programs i offer give you the freedom to achieve your goals in your own time with unlimited support from me. Your program will be custom made and will work along side a personalised nutrition plan for optimum results.
