Golden Valley Vets offer top quality veterinary care through five locations in North Somerset; Nailsea, Chew Magna, Clevedon, Long Ashton and Wrington.
The main Veterinary Hospital at Nailsea has been accredited with the highest Tier 3 classification from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons for over forty years and is the only practice in North Somerset with this level of excellence. We treat all family pets and work with you to keep them happy, healthy and active throughout their lives. As the largest practice in the area we have invested in facilities and resources to offer our clients the type of care we would want for our own pets whilst still being able to provide great value for money.

Nailsea Veterinary Hospital is a 24 hour a day operation and we have our staff on duty throughout the day and night. We are open for consultations and sales of pet food and accessories from 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. We would appreciate it non-emergency calls could be kept within these times but we are always available if you have any worries or concerns about your pets whatever the time – please don’t worry just ring us and we are sure we will be able to put your mind at rest.

Our branches are open between 8.30 a.m and 6.30 p.m. five days a week and on Saturday mornings. Our branch surgeries are closed on Sundays with all calls being diverted to our hospital.

Golden Valley Vets have a really great team - our vets offer a wide range of experience and expertise and you can rest assured that if your pet is hospitalised there will be lots of cuddles available from our dedicated veterinary nurses! Our helpful friendly receptionists will look after you at whichever branch is most convenient for you and are also happy to deal with completing insurances and any other query you may have.
