All of my personal training clients have a free assessment session at the start, this is used to gather the maximum amount of information about your strengths and weaknesses.
After this "smart" goals are set to plan goals, sessions and time frames. Also to write your personal exercise and nutrition plans.
You aren’t just paying for the hour sessions. I provide unlimited support outside of your training and adjust your training and nutrition plans when needed to prevent plateaus.
I utilise various techniques and training systems to ensure you progress more than you would alone and to make exercise enjoyable!
