Having been diagnosed with Coeliac disease last year, I quickly became disappointed to learn that shop bought gluten-free cakes really weren't worth the calories. However, after some experimenting in the kitchen with various gluten-free flours I was delighted to discover that home-made gluten free cakes were just as delicious as the real thing. With a love for baking cakes and some encouragement from my family, I have decided to take the plunge and 'go live', advertising my cakes on Facebook.
