Gloucester Fitness Classes

Gloucester Circuit Training offers a huge variety of full body conditioning in there classes from station circuits, tabata to agility training. all fitness levels are welcome for men and women.

we aspire to build up your fitness to get you moving better, lifting stronger, running faster and feeling better.

Sessions are held at the local army reserve center (TA Center) Carne Pl, Gloucester GL4 3BD.

Every Monday 7pm. Wednesday 7pm. Saturday 10am.
