Girsonfield Stud & Racing

We started a stud farm here 15 years ago and believe we offer excellent value for money with both our thoroughbred stallions and our racehorse training facilities. Based in Northumberland we are easy to find just off the A696 Newcastle to Jedburgh road. We have a 160 acre stud farm where we stand the stallions:

All group winning stallions of the highest calibre for breeding Flat and National Hunt horses. Over the last three years we have also developed a racing yard which gives you the opportunity to have your own horse trained for Flat or National Hunt racing or you can lease one of ours - an affordable way to get involved in the world of racing.

Visitors are always welcome to the yard by appointment to view the stallions or discuss their racing requirements. We hope to always offer good value without cutting corners, whether that is for keeping brood mares, breaking youngsters or training racehorses.
