Boasting iconic views of the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye, Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar celebrates the best of seasonal English produce, with as much as possible sourced from local suppliers: meat hails from eighth generation butcher Darragh O’Shea; fish comes from Billingsgate Market; while desserts are made using Clarence Court eggs from Cornwall.
Gillray’s Bar offers a wide selection of gins, with a staggering array to impress the biggest of gin aficionados, including Tarquin’s, Caorunn gin from Scotland and Hayman’s Royal Dock gin.
The Bar menu also features a dazzling array of gin twists, sloe gins and gin cocktails. Head Barman Sam Mitchell can also organise gin tasting classes and gin cocktail masterclasses for individuals, groups or team events.
